Allow users to select and pay specific outstanding billing periods for credit card and PayLater accounts from the Account Detail screen. This implementation introduces a period picker in the payment sheet, ensuring that users can address overdue obligations by selecting the oldest outstanding period first. Additionally, this change enforces immutability for automatic `tagihan` records. These records are now protected from deletion in both the UI (Utang menu) and the repository layer to maintain accurate historical billing data. Key changes: - Added `cardOutstandingTagihanProvider` to stream unpaid billing periods ordered by date. - Implemented `TagihanTransactionsSection` to show detailed transaction breakdowns for specific billing periods. - Updated `AccountDetailScreen` to support period selection during the payment flow. - Added deletion guards in `DebtRepository` to prevent removal of `tagihan` type debts. - Added comprehensive unit and widget tests for billing period logic and payment sheet behavior.
